• How long does Roadside Assistance last?

  For eligible vehicles, you will enjoy all the benefits of our Mitsubishi Diamond Advantage program Roadside Assistance for 12 months from the date of first registration (Warranty start date). We’ll then extend Roadside Assistance for another 12 months each time your vehicle’s eligible scheduled service is completed under the Mitsubishi Capped Price Servicing program, for a maximum of up to ten years*.

• Who is eligible for Roadside Assistance

  All new private retail buyers and ABN holders receive Roadside Assistance for the first 12 months with the purchase of a new Mitsubishi vehicle. Current owners who complete their scheduled services under the Mitsubishi Diamond Advantage Capped Price Service Program will receive Roadside Assistance for 12 months, for a maximum of up to 10 years.

• What happens to Roadside Assistance if I sell my Mitsubishi?

  Roadside Assistance will remain with the vehicle so that the new owner is covered.

• Which Capped Price Services are eligible for Roadside Assistance Renewal?

  Roadside Assistance is extended by 12 months, from the Scheduled Capped Price Service date, for the first 9 Services – Providing 10 years of Roadside Assistance.

For vehicles purchased between 1 Oct 2020 and 30 Nov 2025

Different criteria apply to vehicles purchased between 1 October 2020 – 30 November 2025.

This membership begins from the vehicle’s first date of registration (warranty start date) and continues for a full 12 months each time the vehicle is presented to an authorised Mitsubishi Motors dealership for an eligible Capped Price Service^ under the Mitsubishi Capped Price Service program for a maximum of up to four years.

If you sell your vehicle, the Roadside Assistance will remain with the vehicle so that the new owner is covered. The new owner will then be eligible to receive the Club Membership when they complete the next eligible service, as per the Mitsubishi Capped Price Service program.

You’ll still have the Club Membership and its benefits for the rest of the 12 months, however you will not have Roadside Assistance.

If you move interstate, Club Membership will remain in the same state/territory at the time of issue but will change when the vehicle has a scheduled service under the Mitsubishi Capped Price Service program. You will need to provide your new details to your dealership to update the Mitsubishi Motors system and ensure that you receive the right Club Membership.

^*Up to 10 years from the date of first registration or 200,000km (whichever comes first) New Vehicle Warranty when all scheduled services are completed within the specified service intervals at a Mitsubishi Dealership (or if not, 5 years/100,000km warranty applies). 10 year or 150,000km (whichever occurs first) Capped Price Servicing, comprised of the first 10 scheduled services (at 15,000km/12 month scheduled intervals). Any non-scheduled service/repair items are at an additional cost. Up to 10 years Roadside Assistance, comprised of an initial 12-month period extended for further periods of 12 months upon completion of each eligible Capped Price Service (up to a maximum of 10 annual Roadside Assistance periods in total).
